This inbox is a one-way inbox and cannot communicate back with you, it is only set up to receive emails with results from you or medical offices you are affiliated with.

All questions you have for your surgeon during your post op care are to be sent through nurse@dadsagain.com or by calling our office directly and then pressing ONE for the nurse line. If we do not answer, PLEASE LEAVE A VOICEMAIL OR WE CANNOT RETURN YOUR CALL. Our nurses work directly with our surgeons around their extremely busy surgery schedules to ensure all your questions and concerns are answered within 24hrs, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm AZ Time. You are also welcome to send all sonograms, baby and family photos to this email as well; we love hearing your updates!
Ordering Your Fellow Collection Kit
We encourage everyone to utilize our partnership with Fellow for easy, at home semen analysis testing. You can purchase your kit at our discounted rate by clicking the button below. Please, select your surgeon in the Health Care Provider drop down or your results will not be added into our private portal.
After Hours Line for EMERGENT NEEDS ONLY
If you are a recent patient and need to contact our office outside of regular business hours (8am-4pm, Monday-Friday) for an emergent medical situation regarding your reversal, please refer to your discharge book and call us via the private after-hours line provided on page 6/7. If this is a time sensitive medical emergency, please call 911 directly.

Please, note that we will not release your medical records without you completing a Docusign (that will be sent to you directly) upon receiving a medical records request from another office.
