The price is slightly higher than our base price because we often find additional challenges from the issues noted in your answers, like PVPS, that significantly increase surgery time, costs, and care.

Your surgeon's fee, use of our private, onsite operating room, three nurses (surgical assistant, operating room nurse, and recovery nurse) are there just for you, your inter-op medications, your post op medications, a house-call the day after your surgery from your surgeon for a full exam, a full year of sperm banking, 6 months of included Semen Analysis Review from your surgeon, IDS testing, and a custom discharge book made specifically for YOUR reversal recovery.
That's right, skip the hospitals and waiting rooms and experience what it is like when you're the only patient in our office for the day! Your partner will spend their time in our family room, stocked with snacks, drinks, TV with streaming, a coffee bar and even adult coloring books to keep their minds at ease while you're right down the hall in our custom built Surgical Suite. Your partner will even get to meet some of our Andrology team to go over what it discovered during your surgery, as well as receive updates throughout your procedure.
The morning or afternoon of your surgery, your private Operating Room nurse will be waiting for you to arrive, and will bring you back to our family room immediately upon your arrival. Your OR nurse and our Surgical Assist Tech will only be your nurse the entire time you are at our surgical center. You will never have to worry where they are or wait for them to come back; they'll be with you every step of the way! They will also communicate with your spouse or partner during your procedure to insure they're at ease and know how you're doing! As soon as you are done with surgery, you are moved to recovery where you are reunited with your partner.
The price of your pain-free, mild IV sedation is included in this price, no matter how extensive your surgery is or how much is required for your procedure.
After your surgery, you are given a customized Discharge Book, written specifically for you and your custom after-care plan that your surgeon has written out for you. Everything from the first 24-hours, how to contact our office, what meds you have been given and when to take them, and when your future Semen Analysis are due: all of it is included in your book. We will also email you a digital copy for your ease!
All initial medications required for your customized after-care are included in this price, including antibiotics and anti-inflammatories. You don't have to worry about running around to get a prescription after your procedure because we provide you with everything you need!
If you decide to freeze and bank sperm during your procedure, an entire year worth of storage is covered in the price of your surgery (a $500+ value!)!
We require all patients to do IDS (Infection Disease Screening) testing upon arrival at our facility. This not only protects you, but also protects your spouse in the future should you ever need to use your banked sperm for IVF. IDS testing is industry standard, as 99% of fertility centers require IDS testing to be done in order to receive or use your banked specimen. IDS testing can cost anywhere from $500-$1500, even with insurance reimbursement.
After your surgery, you will be required to get routine semen analysis checks (we have a partnership with an at-home collection kit, don't worry!) to watch the progress of your healing, and provide feedback as needed to make sure things are staying open.
The morning after your surgery, your surgeon will visit you at your hotel or home to do a full exam and answer any questions you may have in the first 24 hours after your surgery! You will also have access to a 24/7 non-emergency line, where one of your nurses will be available to answer your calls and connect you with your surgeon if necessary.
